रक्त दान शिविर 1

 रक्तदान महादान कहा जाता है। हंस राज पब्लिक हाई स्कूल में 10 जुलाई 2022 को रक्त दान शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर का आयोजन समाश्रय संस्थान के द्वारा किया गया। शिविर का उदघाटन पूर्व डिप्टी मेयर श्री परमिंदर कटारिया के द्वारा हुआ। समाजसेविका कोमल भटनागर एवम डिवाइन चेरिटेबल ब्लड सेंटर द्वारा संचालित इस शिवर में लोगो ने भड़ चढ़ के भाग लिया एवम 53 यूनिट रक्त दान दिया । समाश्रय संस्थान के चेयरमैन श्री रजत भारद्वाज ने कोमल दीदी, डिवाइन चेरिटेबल ब्लड सेंटर एवम सभी प्रतिभागियों का धन्यवाद किया और कहा देश के युवा देश एवम समाज की प्रगति के लिए सदेव अग्रसर रहे हैं। आकाश, जिन्होंने हाल ही में प्रधानाध्यापक के रूप में स्कूल में प्रवेश लिया, ने रक्त दाताओं के लिए आराम करने एवम फल इत्यादि की उत्तम व्यवस्था की। इंदिरा गांधी स्कूल के प्रधानाध्यापक श्री अजय सक्सेना ने भी युवाओं को रक्तदान करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

Shakti Suraksha Seminar 3

Samashray Foundation, which is working under the awareness campaign against the myths related to menstruation of women spread in the society, is setting an example today. Samashray Sansthan is providing knowledge as well as other facilities to the needy women on the day of World Menstrual Hygiene Day. The Shakti Suraksha project was started by the organization, which is being led by Ketki Kataria, and under his leadership this project seems to be taking a successful form today.
Samashray Foundation has so far given free training and seminars to more than 1000 girl students on sensitive topics like Menstrual Hygiene and Good Touch Bad Touch along with distribution of sanitary pads to more than 2000 needy women, during which they advised not to use cloth and advised to take help from the Health Accessories Bank of the Samashray Foundation whenever needed.
The chairman of Samashray Foundation, Rajat Bhardwaj, while thanking all the great people who together helped the institution financially, said that the mentality of charity has been a part of our Indian culture and tradition.

समाज में फैले महिलियो के मासिक धर्म से जुड़े मिथ्याओ के प्रति जागरूकता अभियान के तहत कार्य कर रही समाश्राय संस्थान आज एक मिसाल कायम कर रही है। समाश्रय  संस्थान विश्व मासिक धर्म दिवस के दिन जरूरत मंद महिलाओं को ज्ञान के साथ साथ अन्य सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध करवा रही है। संस्था के द्वारा शक्ति सुरक्षा परियोजना शुरू कि गई थी, जिसका नेतृत्व केतकी कटारिया कर रही है, और इनके नेतृत्व में ये परियोजना आज सफल रूप लेती दिख रही है।
समाश्रय संस्थान अभी तक 1000 से अधिक छात्राओ को मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता व गुड टच बेड टच जैसे संवेदनशील विषयों पर मुफ्त प्रशिक्षण और सेमिनार दे चुकी है जिसके साथ साथ 2000 से अधिक जरूरत मंद महिलाओं को सेनिट्री पैड वितरण कर चुकी है, जिस दौरान उन्हें कपड़ा इस्तेमाल न करने की सलाह दी और आवश्यकता होने पर समाश्रय संस्थान के स्वास्थ्य सहायक बैंक से कभी भी सहायता लेने की सलाह दी।
समाश्रय संस्थान के चेयरमैन रजत भारद्वाज जी ने सभी महानुभाव जिन्होंने मिलकर आर्थिक रूप से संस्थान को सहायता की उन्हे धन्यवाद कहते हुए कहा, दान पुण्य की मानसिकता हमारे भारतीय संस्कृति एवम संस्कार का हिस्सा रही है।

Menstrual Hygiene Day

Today, a seminar was organized on the occasion of World Menstrual Hygiene Day at SD Girls Senior Secondary School (Lal School), Jakampura jointly by Samashray Foundation and Nari Shakti Club.
In the seminar, Dr. Kanika Wadhwa ji apprised the girl students about important information related to good health and cleanliness. In which he kept the nutritional and emotional aspects related to Menstrual and General Hygiene and cleared the confusion of the students by answering the myth questions related to it.
Along with this, Mrs. Vaishali ji did Yoga and Ms. Ketki ji made the students aware by giving tests related to Good Touch Bad Touch. Along with this, Tejashwi and Namya made a period box and explained its uses during an emergency.

मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता दिवस

आज एसडी  गर्ल्स सिनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल (लाल स्कूल ), जैकमपूरा में समाश्रय फाउंडेशन एवम नारी शक्ति क्लब के संयुक्त सौजन्य से वर्ल्ड मेंस्चरल हाइजीन डे के उपलक्ष में एक सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया।
सेमिनार में डॉ कनिका वाधवा जी ने छात्राओं को अच्छे स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता संबंधी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी से अवगत करवाया। जिसमें उन्होंने मेंस्चरल एवं जनरल हाइजीन से जुड़े न्यूट्रीशनल एवं इमोशनल पहलुओं को रखा और इससे जुड़े मिथक सवालों का उत्तर देकर विद्यार्थियों का भ्रम दूर किया।
साथ ही श्रीमति वैशाली जी ने योगा एवम सुश्री केतकी जी ने गुड टच बेड टच संबंधी परीक्षण देकर छात्राओं को जागरूक किया। साथ ही तेजस्वी और नाम्या ने पीरियड बॉक्स बनाकर आपातकालीन स्थिति के लिए बताया।

A seminar on the occasion of International Menstrual Hygiene Day was organized today at New Light Public School, Ashok Vihar, by the Samashray Foundation.
In the seminar, Dr. Kanika Wadhwa ji apprised the girl students about important information related to good health and hygiene. In which she kept the nutritional and emotional aspects related to Menstrual and General Hygiene and cleared the confusion of the students by answering the myth questions related to it. Simultaneously, Miss. Ketki ji made the girl students aware by distributing sanitary pads.

आज न्यू लाइट पब्लिक स्कूल, अशोक विहार में समाश्रय फाउंडेशन के सौजन्य से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता दिवस के उपलक्ष में एक सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया।

सेमिनार में डॉ कनिका वाधवा जी ने छात्राओं को अच्छे स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता संबंधी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी से अवगत करवाया। जिसमें उन्होंने मेंस्चरल एवं जनरल हाइजीन से जुड़े न्यूट्रीशनल एवं इमोशनल पहलुओं को रखा और इससे जुड़े मिथक सवालों का उत्तर देकर विद्यार्थियों का भ्रम दूर किया। साथ ही सुश्री केतकी जी ने सैनिटरी पैड्स का वितरण करके छात्राओं को जागरूक किया।

मातृ दिवस पर श्री आकाश द्वारा दान

हंस राज पब्लिक हाई स्कूल के प्रधानाध्यापक श्री आकाश ने 8 मई, 2022 को मातृ दिवस के अवसर पर हमारे स्वास्थ्य सहायक बैंक में 300 सैनिटरी पैड दान करके हमारी शक्ति सुरक्षा परियोजना का समर्थन किया।

हमारा फाउंडेशन उन्हें इस सराहनीय कार्य के लिए धन्यवाद देता है।
